Not All Fit People Make a Good Example to Follow

Yes, most fitness professionals have a great body, demonstrating their ability to help you achieve a nice body if you follow their example.

The question is, can you follow their example? Can you spend 1, 2, or 3 hours most days of the week exercising? Can you constantly be watching everything you eat, not being able to eat certain foods, or drastically having to cut down on the amount you eat of a particular food for the rest of your life? In other words, can you make your life all about fitness, just like most fitness professionals? If you can, follow their example, and you will see results and maintain those results.

However, if you can’t see yourself living like that for the rest of your life, you might want to find a different example to follow because with their example, whatever results you achieve will be temporary. That is part of why around 95% of people who lose weight end up regaining the weight. They simply could not stick with the example they followed to lose weight and get in shape.

A Better Example to Follow.
